REMINDER

Dear members,

Please be advised, there will be bus transportation provided from the London Airport to The Oakwood Inn Conference Centre in Grand Bend. There will be buses to the meet the following Air Canada flights.

Friday October 3rd

AC7709 Depart 12:55 (Toronto, Pearson) Arrive 13:34 (London)
AC7711 Depart 14:50 (Toronto, Pearson) Arrive 15:30 (London)

Also, the agenda is in the works with program times to be posted on the website soon. However, it is our expectation that the conference will end at 11am on Sunday October 5th with buses travelling from the Oakwood Inn back to the London airport. Bus departure will be for approx.  12:00 p.m. We will therefore arrive back to the London airport for the following flight.

Sunday October 5th     

AC7716 Depart 14:00 (London) Arrive 14:45 (Toronto, Pearson)

Please co-ordinate your travel plans to coincide with these connecting flights.

Also, please send me your arrival time so I am able to co-ordinate the appropriate number of buses.
