1) Registration

Registration is done by filling out the on-line forms accessible below. (Please note that that the data are collected in five forms: Personal Data, Retreat Attendance, Abstract, Team Membership,
Comments). The forms will be available from May 9.

2) Registration fee

The fee of $200 covers the opening night Reception, all Meals (Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Lunches on Saturday and Sunday, Dinners on Friday, Saturday, and coffee breaks).

Late registration fee (past the above deadline): $250
